Borderlands 3 Zane Build the Operative is the most flexible and versatile of the four characters in Borderlands 3, thanks to his unique ability to provide two action skills at the same time. But when you’re trying to decide how best to train him, all of these options can also make things difficult. In this Borderlands 3, Zane Build Guide, we’ve listed the top 3 build levels that will allow you to take full advantage of this clever cracking operation: one for Barrier & Digi-Clone, one for Barrier & SNTNL, and one for Digi -Clone and SNTNL.

Zane Build Borderlands 3 Instructions

When it comes to Borderlands 3 Best Zane Build, the only aspect that can be permanent is its unique charm in Ireland. Everything else is completely up in the air because – more important than any other character – you can customize them by mixing and matching the following skill trees:

  • The assassin rotates with a large number of killing skills to make Zane stronger and increase his damage when he or his SNTNL drone takes a life. If you want to build high damage Zane, you’ll need to invest at least part of the killer skill tree.
  • Double Agent gives you many opportunities to enhance the practicality of Zane’s digital clone action skills and increase the benefits of equipping the two action skills. Synchronization, in particular, is an essential skill in almost all of Zane’s development.
  • UnderCover is the route you want to build an incredible tank and survive Zane to play. As you progress through this tree, your barrier skills (defense and attack) will become stronger.

Borderlands 3 Zane Leveling Build

Due to the Borderlands 3, Zane Leveling Build nature of Zane, each of the following skills focuses on a pair of action skills (Digi-Clone / SNTNL, Barrier / Digi-Clone, and Barrier / SNTNL), and each offers a different ‘There are no other ways to upgrade and play as an agent. Digi-Clone, SNTNL, High Damage (Borderlands 3 Zane build)

  • Primary Skill Tree: Doubled Agent
  • Build Focus: Sustained High Gun Damage
  • Best Skills for Class Mods: Synchronicity (Highly Recommended), Donnybrook, Trick of the Light, Violent Speed, Violent Momentum

For those looking to get Zane on the path to very high damage, you might want a build like this that puts a lot of money into the double agent skill tree and skill the tree. With Digi-Clone and SNTNL as acting skills, we missed the stickiness of the Barrier and UnderCover skill trees, but in return, we got two damage-based skills that can be very powerful.

In both skill trees, you have some great early skill options to increase your damage: a duo of violent speed and violent strength, it starts with the snowball, which increases damage based on movement speed; especially the relevance, you definitely want to prioritize using good racing modules to overwhelm the skills. After that, you can expand the duplicate proxy tree by maximizing Donnybrook. Your goal is to get to Supersonic Man, Trick of the Light, and finally the double capstone cap as soon as possible because if you follow this route your damage will be way ahead of the curve.

Going back to the killer skill tree, you should choose drone delivery and follow-up shutdown (both of which are indirect methods to further increase your damage potential), then set your final point for additional income dumping options. All of this unlocks some great skill enhancements for your action skills: Boomsday and Allmighty Ordnance are obvious options to take STNNL damage up to amazing levels, and for Digi-Clone I choose defense and an offensive increase. Schadenfreude is a beautiful word that makes me smile every time. This is a great option to improve your viability. but the real star of the show is Doppelbanger, if you summon him immediately after breaking your body clone it can do completely insane damage.

Barrier, Digi-Clone, Tanky (Borderlands 3 Zane build)

  • Primary Skill Tree: Under Cover
  • Build Focus: Very High Survivability
  • Best Skills for Class Mods: Hearty Stock (Highly Recommended), Adrenaline, Synchronicity, Borrowed Time

Best Zane Build Borderlands 3 If you prefer a Panzer Zane build that you think won’t get hurt as it did in Borderlands 3, then this is your build. A big investment in Under Cover will ensure you get almost anything the enemy throws at you (especially useful for some boss fights), and our remaining skills are used to duplicate the agent tree to keep our potential damage going.

Even though it’s a tank build, I think the damage is your priority in the early levels, so you should probably start with a good 3-5 sync anyway. But after that, you should go back to Under Cover and create Hearty Stock and Adrenaline (Ready For Action is useful too, but you can pick it up later). The trust tree is located in the middle of the undercover tree, much like the tree’s mini capstone in that it is only useful from a single specific point. So go straight to him and try to reach him at level 18.

After that, it’s usually your desire to walk right between the green trees and invest in the best-served Cold and Calm, Cool, Collected (both of which will give you some nice Cryo-based CC and gear) and finally hand out the Denial Capstone. At the same time, you should acquire all-round improvements to turn your barrier into a dome; and Nanites or Some Shite, we appreciate them for greatly reducing the sign’s loading delay (when combined with your meaningful action sign, which means you’re rebuilding the sign at an absurd rate).

When all is done, it is time to return to Agent Double to aid your damage. Both Fractal Frags and Duct Tape Mod are great because they essentially only give you one reason to use the grenade mod slot. and the Quick Breather will act as another mini apex again, starting charging as soon as you use the clone switch, further improving your shield game. Ultimately, the skill improvements you would expect for the Digi-Clone are luck (for obvious reasons) and the binary system bringing us super low-temperature damage again – never a bad thing.

At the moment, nothing in the game can usually bring you down. Throw away both of your acting skills as much as you can and enjoy seeing your shield normally not drop below 50%.

Barrier, SNTNL, Versatile (Borderlands 3 Zane build)

  • Borderlands 3 Zane build planner link: Barrier & SNTNL
  • Primary Skill Tree: Hitman
  • Build Focus: Versatility, Balance Between Damage & Survivability
  • Best Skills for Class Mods: Violent Speed, Violent Momentum, Violent Violence, Synchronicity, Adrenaline, Hearty Stock

So far we have two versions that cover the two ends between high damage and high survival. However, if you’re looking for a more flexible and versatile build, this build falls almost entirely in the middle. The combination of killers and undercover skill trees may be the most unusual combination we’ve seen so far, but you will know that it allows Zane to have large numbers of agents per fight to avoid danger and get his high bullet hits to use. And many killing skills create havoc.

But before that, you know what! We invest in synchronicity. This is how we’re lowering the double agent tree, but if you use two action skills like Zane, excessive weapon damage is very useful (you should always do this – who needs a grenade?). After that, I tend to build up undercover and our stickiness level before going into the killer skill tree. So first of all it means having enough supplies, adrenaline, a hard upper lip, and the ability to trust. The four skills together have a very good level of synergy – high shield and damage resistance (adhesion), followed by higher weapon damage, accuracy, and cooling speed of the action skill (damage).

You can also unlock two barrier upgrades of your choice this way: the Mighty (we like the dome) and Nanites or Some Shite (better shields, survive!). But now comes the interesting part. From now on we will put each point on “Hitman”. Of course, we start with the powerful combination of violent speed and violent moment – here we see why a dome barrier makes sense: more space to maintain high mobility and still remain protected.

After that, we’ll maximize every skill tree except for Cool Hand (we don’t need to reload the speed) and Cold Bore (the weapon swap speed is the same as above). Violent violence and dirty play are great options for dealing with injuries. Once you reach the top of Seein ‘Red, you will immediately benefit from using action skills at the start of every battle. As you use each new skill point in this version, Zane gets stronger while remaining versatile and flexible enough to adapt to almost any style of play.

So it could be a good place to stop reading our guide to building the Borderlands 3 Zane now. Hope you’ve found a build or two that suits the way you play Operative – if not, why not use one of the above as a template to create your own?
